I communicate boldly, both in written and verbal forms. I am strongly loyal and transparent. My communication skills may be my top strong suit, internally as well as externally. My ability to engender confidence in a staff, to solve problems, and to create an atmosphere of synergy is extremely strong.
There is a collective of over 130 FBI Chaplains who are a part of a long standing crisis intervention program that focuses on psychological aid to FBI Employees, and there are also mental health professionals as well as specialty trained colleagues a part of the program. Chaplains provide spiritual guidance when employees are facing personal tragedy or other difficulties, such as home life or personal matters, INLETS is a private/public concern, led by the FBI, that trains all sorts of Law Enforcement from your local Sheriff to the Secret Service; from Critical Infrastructure Law Enforcement personnel to the NYPD. I have been the INLETS chaplain for over 7 years having “Coffee & Conversations” in New Orleans, Annapolis, Honolulu, and other locales. Through my work with INLETS/FBI I have spoken to hundreds of law enforcement officers about the issues in their lives that they need a sounding board for.
Over the last 3 decades, I have been delivering insights to the religious community on various aspects of theology, church management, and even sermons.
Various publications have released my work through their outlets and I continue to speak continually as the opportunity presents itself around the country.

I see patterns and systems, so when out of alignment, the flow stops, so I am called in, and we get started peeling back layer after layer until we discover the solutions for success.
